Passionate about guiding leaders to exceed their personal and professional goals, she draws on her expertise in leadership and psychology to offer unique insights in her coaching. Michelle leverages her deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, business psychology, and coaching methodologies to help executives build strong business relationships which fuels alignment of their personal and professional objectives for optimal success.

With executive experience in the public and private sectors, including non-profit organizations, Michelle brings a comprehensive insight to her coaching. Michelle is an accredited ICF Executive Coach, holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and is certified to administer and teach the most common assessment tools used in organizational settings.
